Cottage #3 is 13 x 32, with an 8 ft. front porch, 1 full size bed, a folding futon, and 1 set of bunk beds.
Each Cottage also includes air conditioning and heat, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette with medium size refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop stove, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a table with chairs, and it is cable ready. No TV supplied with rental.
